3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into these Terms. You may not use NextJobMate if you are prohibited from doing so by applicable law.
4. Your account
You are responsible for:
- providing accurate account information;
- keeping your credentials, devices, email, and third-party accounts secure;
- all activity under your account;
- promptly notifying us of unauthorized access;
- keeping your job-search profile truthful and current.
We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe your account is compromised, misused, unlawful, harmful, or in breach of these Terms.
5. User content
"User Content" includes CVs, resumes, cover letters, profile facts, job preferences, answers, notes, uploaded files, interview responses, and other material you submit.
You retain ownership of your User Content. You grant us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, store, process, reproduce, modify, format, display, and use User Content as needed to provide, secure, support, and improve NextJobMate, subject to your privacy choices and our Privacy Policy.
You represent that you have the rights needed to provide User Content and that your User Content is accurate, lawful, and not misleading.
6. Accuracy and career responsibility
NextJobMate may generate, summarize, classify, rank, or recommend information. Outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, stale, unsuitable, or based on incomplete source material. You are responsible for:
- reviewing all CVs, cover letters, answers, and application materials;
- confirming that claims are true and supportable;
- checking job details on the employer or career site;
- deciding whether to apply;
- complying with employer, job-board, and third-party terms;
- attending interviews, responding to employers, and managing your job search.
We do not guarantee job availability, application acceptance, interview invitations, offers, compensation, visa outcomes, or employer decisions.
7. Third-party career sites and employer systems
NextJobMate may help you organize information from third-party career sites, job boards, employer pages, public job listings, forwarded alerts, and applicant tracking systems. These third parties are independent from us.
You acknowledge that:
- third-party sites may change, restrict access, remove listings, or reject activity;
- third-party terms, privacy policies, and account rules apply to your use of those sites;
- you are responsible for your own accounts on third-party services;
- NextJobMate does not control employer decisions or third-party platform policies;
- third-party job information may be inaccurate, delayed, incomplete, duplicated, expired, or unavailable.
Third-party job listings, company names, logos, trademarks, descriptions, and hiring processes belong to their respective owners. NextJobMate does not claim ownership of third-party listings or employer content. Unless clearly stated, NextJobMate is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by employers, job boards, applicant tracking systems, or career platforms shown in the service.
Using productivity tools with third-party career platforms may involve risk, including account review, additional verification, rate limits, temporary restrictions, changed workflows, rejected or incomplete applications, and compatibility failures. NextJobMate may pause or limit features when a third-party platform appears unavailable, changed, restricted, or requiring user attention.
If a publisher, employer, or platform believes displayed job information is inaccurate, stale, or should be removed from NextJobMate search results, contact team@nextjobmate.com with the source URL, company or platform name, reason for request, and proof of authority to act.
8. Job-alert email forwarding
NextJobMate may provide a user-specific address or routing method that lets you forward job-alert emails into the service. When you configure forwarding, you are responsible for choosing which messages are forwarded, ensuring you have the right to forward them, and avoiding unrelated, confidential, or sensitive messages.
Forwarded emails may be parsed to identify job links, employer names, role information, sender signals, and related job-search context. NextJobMate does not access your full inbox through email forwarding. If a separate inbox-connection feature is offered later, it will require its own clear enablement.
Forwarded emails may fail, duplicate, loop, be filtered, or produce incomplete job records. You should verify important job details directly with the employer or source before acting.
9. Web and extension workflow assistance
Where enabled on web, NextJobMate may provide user-authorized workflow assistance through browser-linked, extension-linked, or companion experiences. These features may prepare fields, organize materials, help route you to an employer or third-party application page, and carry out configured workflow steps after you have enabled the relevant setting and provided the required confirmation.
You remain responsible for reviewing your materials, settings, target roles, and third-party account compliance. We may pause, refuse, or require renewed confirmation for workflows involving verification prompts, account warnings, changed page structure, uncertain fit, missing user information, or elevated account risk.
Web workflow assistance may be optional and unavailable for some plans, regions, employers, sites, or account states. Before a web-assisted workflow proceeds, NextJobMate may require account login, active entitlement, explicit feature opt-in, browser companion or extension connection, job-level approval, batch-level approval, profile completeness checks, fit threshold checks, missing-answer review, safety checks, and account-state checks.
For safety, user trust, and support, NextJobMate may keep audit records of job identifiers, timestamps, materials prepared, workflow status, user approvals, pause events, refusal events, attention events, route used, completion status, or failure status. Audit records may be used for support, dispute handling, product integrity, and user-facing history.
Web application assistance does not guarantee job availability, application acceptance, third-party account standing, employer response, interview, offer, or salary outcome.
You may disable, pause, or change web workflow assistance settings where supported. Continuing to use a connected browser or extension experience means you remain responsible for monitoring its activity and keeping the connected account, device, and browser session secure.
10. Notifications, email, and WhatsApp communications
NextJobMate may provide notifications through in-product messages, web push notifications, progress surfaces, email, and WhatsApp where enabled. These may include new-match alerts, strong-fit alerts, job-hunt progress, attention-needed messages, recruiter-reply or interview reminders, weekly briefs, daily WhatsApp briefs, product messages, and service notices.
Optional channels require the permissions, consent, or preferences applicable to that channel. Web push notifications and progress surfaces can be controlled through browser settings and account preferences where available. WhatsApp messages require opt-in and may be paused or stopped through supported controls or recognized stop instructions where supported. Commercial email messages should include a reasonable opt-out path where required.
We may use channel routing, quiet hours, delivery status, opened status, and app activity to reduce unnecessary messages and choose a suitable channel. WhatsApp may be reserved for higher-value or specifically requested communications to manage cost, quality, and user experience.
You agree not to use NextJobMate communication features to spam, harass, mislead, impersonate others, send unlawful content, or route messages to people who have not agreed to receive them.
11. Acceptable use
You must not:
- use NextJobMate for unlawful, deceptive, harmful, abusive, or fraudulent activity;
- impersonate another person;
- provide false credentials, false qualifications, false work authorization, or misleading career claims;
- misuse employer, recruiter, or third-party systems;
- attempt to bypass security, rate limits, access controls, or verification;
- use NextJobMate to send spam, harassment, or unsolicited commercial messages;
- interfere with, reverse engineer, copy, resell, overload, or disrupt the service;
- upload malware or harmful code;
- use another person's account or data without authorization;

12. Plans, subscriptions, and billing
Some features may require payment. Subscription details, billing period, price, renewal, cancellation, refund routing, grace periods, and entitlements may depend on the web billing provider, country, and plan.
See the Subscription, Billing, Cancellation, and Refund Policy for details.
13. Free trials, promotions, and limits
We may offer free plans, trials, credits, promotions, or usage limits. We may modify, pause, end, or revoke promotions where permitted by law, especially in cases of abuse, duplicate accounts, payment failure, or security risk.
Feature limits may include number of jobs, generated documents, application workflows, profile imports, AI calls, storage, WhatsApp briefs, notification volume, or support levels.
14. Intellectual property
NextJobMate, including software, interfaces, design, branding, workflows, models, templates, documentation, and service logic, is owned by Helpen.In or its licensors. Except for your User Content and rights expressly granted to you, we reserve all rights.
